Description
This course is suitable for aspiring performers and anyone interested in improving their flexibility. You don't have to be bendy to do the course.
Many impressive and beautiful aerial tricks take deep back bends or splits as a starting point. Moves you've already mastered will feel more comfortable, look sleeker and more polished if you can really sit in to them knowing you're not pushing your body to it's maximum every time you perform
Each class includes warm-up, conditioning exercises and deep stretching in a fun and supportive group.
Course aims
We focus on some of the most useful flexibility for performance
Please tell the teacher if you have any health conditions or injuries, new or old
The workshop may include partner work and hands-on adjustment. If touching isn’t suitable for you for any reason, please tell the teacher before the start
